Day 1 : Arrival in Lima
Welcome to Lima, the joyful and colorful capital of Peru, which will be the start point for your luxury trip in the land of the Incas. Your private guide will meet you at the airport upon your arrival and will take you to your oceanside hotel, located in one of the beautiful districts of Lima, Miraflores. Today, you can just relax at your hotel to live the high life in a warming interior bearing native accents of Peru. Later, if you wish to explore the capital, your guide will be always at your disposal to make you discover the different sides of Lima. You can stroll in the bohemian Barranco district with its many restaurants, bars and especially its pretty villas, or just relax in the famous Kennedy Park located in the heart of the Miraflores. Day 2 : Flight from Lima to Arequipa
During your private trip you will have the opportunity to discover the colonial past of Peru, to explore the amazing legacy of the Inca Empire and of course to admire breathtaking landscapes. Today your guide will take you to the airport of Lima from where you will take the flight to reach Arequipa, an excellent example of the colonial settlement of Spanish conquistadors. Here you will have the opportunity to travel back in time to 18th century and spend an overnight in an elegant colonial house of that period. Day 3 : Arequipa sightseeing
Today you will discover the Arequipa of 16th century. An exceptional visit of the convent of Santa Catalina will give you the opportunity to travel back in time as this unique architectural monument has not been changed since the 16th century. It's a real city in a city that you can explore to discover the local life, the only thing that has been changed after the independence of Peru. Your guide will be always at your disposal. Arequipa is well known for its colonial legacy, however during your stay in the ''white city'' you will have the possibility to discover also the famous mummy of ''Juanita'' in the Museo Santuarios Andinos. Day 4 : From Arequipa to Canyon del Colca (3.5h driving)
This morning, you will leave the colonial Peru to discover the breathtaking landscapes of the land of the Incas. Your guide will take you to the picturesque Canyon del Colca. Along the way you will cross the Reserva de Salinas y Aguada Blanca nestled in the middle of snow-covered volcanoes. On the way you will have the opportunity to stop and see herds of alpacas and the famous vicuñas whose wool is the sweetest and most expensive in Peru. Later, you will arrive to Chivay, one of the typical villages along the Colca Canyon where you will meet the rural people who come to sell their crops and crafts in the small village market. Later your guide will take you to your hotel, to experience the traditional beauty of Peru in luxury bungalows with ambient interiors echoing the natural beauty of the Andes. Overnight in Yanque.

Day 5 : From Canyon del Colca to Sicuani (5.5h driving)
Today you will say goodbye to the mesmerizing Colca Valley and your guide will take you to Sicuani, a stopover city between the Colca Canyon and Cusco. Along the way you will make a stop at Cruz de Condor where you will admire the majestic condors hovering over the canyon. Did you hear about the Andean Trilogy? The visit of Cruz del Condor will be a nice opportunity to get more information about that. Later you will continue the road to reach Sicuani still crossing the Reserva de Salinas y Aguada Blanca with its various volcanoes and mountain lakes. There are also many species of birds as well as mammals. You will have the opportunity to spot flamingos, deer and vicuñas. Overnight in Sicuani.

Day 6 : From Sicuani to Cusco (3h driving)
Today you will reach the capital of the Incas, Cusco. But before that, take your time to explore with your guide some interesting monuments along the way. Have you ever heard about the Peruvian Sistine Chapel? Then we suggest you to make a stop in the small town of Andahuaylillas and to discover it. Before to arrive to Cusco and to discover the Incan heritage, your guide will make another stop at the archeological site of Pikillaqta, from Wari culture (pre-Inca civilization). It will be a nice opportunity to learn about the ancient civilizations that existed before the Incas and to learn about their lifestyle and traditions. Later you will reach Cusco and you will have free time to walk in the historical center of Cusco, before your guide takes you for a tour the following day. Overnight in Cusco.

Day 7 : Cusco sightseeing
The day will be dedicated to the famous Cusco. This is where you will be able to explore the architectural treasures of the Inca Empire with your private guide. In Cusco you will find many colonial buildings on Inca foundations. One of the charming districts with its typical atmosphere to discover the Incan heritage is the San Blas Neighborhood. Your guide will take you there and you will wonder through its narrow streets. Today you will explore also the Plaza de Armas de Cusco where one of the most interesting monuments is the convent Santo Domingo built on the Inca base of sacred Coricancha (the ancient Temple of the Sun). Day 8 : Cusco sightseeing
Once you are in Cusco, you cannot miss the discovery of the four archaeological sites that were protecting the city some centuries ago: Tambomachay, Puka Pukara, Qenko and Sacsayhuaman. Why is it important to explore them? Because they will help you to reveal many interesting facts about the Incas such as their beliefs and rituals, their architectural techniques, as well as their most ceremonies and practices such as the mummification. Your guide will give you necessary explanations. Once you return to Cusco, you can discover also the Pre-Columbian Museum of Art, which has a large collection of archaeological artifacts from all over Peru and which will be a nice conclusion of your day. Day 9 : Round trip by train to Machu Picchu
Today you will have one of the memorable days of your life, you will explore the Inca's lost city, the unequalled Machu Picchu. However your guide will help you to reveal the most interesting facts about the site which exact function is still discussed by the scientists. Day 10 : From Cusco to Sacred Valley (2h driving)

Today your guide will take you there and you will get all the answers. Before to arrive to Ollantaytambo, a town in the mysterious Sacred Valley of the Incas, you will make a stop in Chinchero, a small charming village whose inhabitants still wear their colorful traditional clothes, an excellent occasion to experience authentic local lifestyle. Then you will arrive at Ollantaytambo where you can simply walk through the narrow streets of the city and feel the typical charm and unique atmosphere. You will get an insight into local life and will surely meet Peruvians walking their lama. You can also visit the authentic local market. Your guide-driver will always be at your disposal. Day 11 : From Sacred Valley to Cusco Airport
