Day 1 : Welcome to Lima
Your dedicated private guide will welcome you at Lima international airport, the start point for your tour in the land of the Incas. He will take you to your oceanside hotel, situated in Miraflores, the exclusive residential district of peruvian capital. After a welcome briefing, you can take your time for leisure. Later, you can start Lima sightseeing according to your preferences. Your guide will be happy to assist and advise you based on what you would like to see. Overnight in Lima.
Day 2 : The colonial white city of Arequipa
In the morning, you will leave Lima to reach the ''white city'' of Arequipa, which is an exceptional example of the colonial settlement of spanish conquistadors, sheltering as well the famous Inca mummy of ''Juanita''. The historical center of Arequipa is inscribed on the UNESCO heritage list. Here you admire the pretty cityscapes discovering also the largest convent in the world : the spectacular religious citadel of Santa Catalina where you will be transported back into the time, as this unique construction remained intact from the XVI century. The alleys around the historical Plaza de Armas are particularly pleasant. Overnight in Arequipa.

Day 3 : Towards Lake Titicaca by luxury train
Start your day by discovering the well preserved mummy of ''Juanita'' in the Museo Santuarios Andinos. It is an important discovery of a mummy dating back to the XV century. It was an inca girl sacrified as an offering to the Inca gods discovered on Mount Ampato in the Andes. Then, make a meaningful visit of 2-3 hours of the convent of Santa Catalina, a real city in the city built in 1579. Afterward, walk on the historical Plaza de Armas where you will find different monuments from Spanish colonial period such as the most unusual and well known colonial Cathedral of Arequipa. In the evening, continue your journey by taking one of the most breathtaking roads with the luxury Andean Explorer train to reach Puno. In honor of its respected passengers, the train feature a refined interior in its wagons. You will be lodged in a comfortable en-suite cabin with a private bathroon with a washbasin. In this train everything is designed to best meet the expectations of its demanding customers. Thus you will head to the city of Puno which is considered as the cradle of the Inca civilization and the folkloric capital of Peru. Day 4 : The Mystical Lake Titicaca and its islands
This morning admire the sunrise at Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world (3812 m). After the breakfast start exploring with your local guide the most picturesque islands of Titicaca : Uros and Taquile and discover their inhabitants and the local lifestyle. In the afternoon, enjoy your private lunch at Collata Beach in Taquile. At around 4 PM, comfortably installed in the train, you will continue your journey to Cusco, one-time capital of the incas, enjoying the amazing landscapes on the way. In the evening, enjoy the pre-dinner cocktails and for the diner take a seat in a world-class feast in the train’s two beautiful dining carriages: Llama and Muña. Day 5 : Cusco : the one-time capital of the Incas
Today after your breakfast, you will continue your journey to Cusco, the once famed capital of the Inca Empire, the uncontested archeological capital of the Americas and the oldest permanently populated city of the continent. Along the way to Cusco, you will admire the high-altitude landscapes that stretches from Arequipa to Cusco. You will make also the Raqchi tour discovering the stunning archeological park with inca ruins. Later, after the brunch in the bar car of the train you will conclude your magic experience on borad of the elegant Andean Explorer train. Upon your arrival to Cusco, continue your visits with your private guide. Explore the lively Plaza de Armas, where you will find many colonial buildings such as the convent Santo Domingo built on the inca base of sacred Coricancha (the ancient Temple of the Sun). Wander the narrow streets of Cusco and admire the pretty colonial houses, the famous Hatun Rumiyoc street with its perfectly preserved Inca foundations and extraordinary stone with 12 angles. After lunch, discover the central Mercado de Cusco (San Pedro Central Market) tasting the local flavors as the delicious ceviche (marinated raw fish with lemon juice). Overnight in Cusco.

Day 6 : The archeological treasures of Cusco
Start your day by discovering the four exceptional archaeological sites that were protecting Cusco: Tambomachay, an important arceological site devoted to the water cult, names also ''bath of the Inca'', Puka Pukara, with the ruins of a military fortress from the Inca period, Qenko, another important ritual center of the former Inca Empire, where sacrifices and mummification took place, and of course the impressive citadel of Sacsayhuaman with its huge blocks of stone ideally superimposed into the natural landscape. After lunch, you can explore the San Blas district and the Pre-Columbian Museum of Art, which has a large collection of archaeological artifacts from all over Peru. Spend an evening at your leisure. Day 7 : Machu Picchu : the mystical Incan citadel

Day 8 : The Rainbow Mountain and its stunning landscapes
Another amazing experience will be waiting for you this morning. Your private guide will meet you at your hotel early in the morning to start the private tour to the famous Rainbow Mountain. It is an amazing mountain situated in the Andes of Peru which creates a landscape of 7 stunning colors. The mountain has been discovered only in 2015, which makes it a relatively less explored destination. In the morning, you will reach by car the city of Pitumarca (3800 meters above sea level), from where you will start the hiking to the famous Vinicunca. On the way you can see South American camelids like llamas, guanacos and alpacas. Once on the spot, you will admire the truly unique landscapes of this multicolored mountains whose colors are completely of native origin. Day 9 : The Sacred Valley of the Incas
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel before taking the road to Ollantaytambo, a town in the mysterious Sacred Valley of the Incas. The archaeological researches show that this cradle of the Inca Empire probably served as a residence for the aristocratic families of Cuzco. The Valley is considered as sacred because everything grows there! Up today the Sacred Valley is valued for its geographic and climatic characteristics. Although it is located at an altitude of 2,800 meters on average, the climate is particularly mild throughout the year. Thanks to the rainfall, the land is very rich. This is where the best corn is produced, sacred food of the Incas. The Sacred Valley of the Incas is well known for its impressive Inca ruins, amazing landscapes, charming small villages and vast agricultural terraces. Wander in Chinchero along the way, a small pleasant village famous for its textile manufacturing whose inhabitants still wear their colorful traditional clothes. The village is also known for its agricultural terraces, dating back to the time of the Incas, used until today. Once in Ollantaytambo and after lunch explore the ruins of Ollantaytambo fortress with its famous wall of 6 monoliths, the Temple of the Sun and the baths, gazing out at the spectacular view on the Valley. In the evening simply wander through the narrow streets of the city and feel the typical charm and unique atmosphere. You will surely meet Peruvians walking their lama, these iconic animals of Peru. Day 10 : A last look at the capital of the Incas
Today you will say goodbye to the magical land of the Incas and to its architectural masterpiece Machu Picchu. You will take one last look at the sacred valley of the Incas with their impressive agricultural terraces. After your breakfast at the hotel your guide will take you to Cusco Airport, from where you will take the plane to reach Lima for your homebound flight.
